01 PROJECT SCOPE
BOB is a family size mambo festival in the center of Budapest, Hungary. We are proud and grateful that every year our festival is attended by so many high level social dancers from more than 15 countries. Our exceptional artists and Djs are both our idols and often friends at the same time. One of the sexy things about BOB is definitely the advanced On2 Salsa Bootcamp, which is running parallel with fantastic workshops. All is accompanied by plenty of social dancing in the afternoon and long evening parties from Thursday to Sunday.
02 GOAL
The goal of our project was to create a robust and user-friendly reservation system that would allow for easy and convenient registration for the festival and ticket purchases. The system includes:

Integration with a payment gateway for secure and easy ticket payments.

Options for selecting different types of tickets and discounts, such as for students or groups.

User account management, where users can view and modify their reservations and personal information.

Display of information about artists, DJs, workshop schedule, accommodation, and transportation.

Functionality for registering festival ambassadors who spread awareness of the event and offer discounts on tickets.

Our solution was designed to be easy to use for festival attendees, artists, DJs, and organizers. With this reservation system, visitors can easily access all the necessary information about the festival, purchase tickets, and participate in exciting workshops and dance parties.
Throughout the development process, we collaborated with festival organizers to ensure the system was best tailored to their needs and requirements. We believe that our solution will contribute to the success of the Break on Budapest Festival and ensure a smooth registration and ticket purchasing process for all participants.
